Industrial lifting door maintenance

1. The dust and debris on the industrial lifting door should be cleaned regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the door body. When opening the door body, the force should be moderate, and the speed should be uniform when opening and closing as much as possible. Of course, it is also necessary to avoid bumping or scratching the industrial lifting door.

2. Lubricating oil should be added every six months, and the parts should be checked regularly, and if there is a problem, please replace it in time. Or contact the manufacturer and send a maintenance master to repair it.

3. For the maintenance of the torsion spring of the industrial lifting door, it should be checked after a period of use, and if there is any looseness, it should be tightened or replaced in time. If you encounter problems, you can also contact the manufacturer to solve the problem.

4. After using the industrial liftgate airbag for a period of time, it should be inspected regularly to ensure that it is not damaged by external forces, otherwise if the airbag leaks, it will lose its protection function.

5. For other parts of industrial liftgates, collisions should be avoided during use. If there is a collision, it should be checked in time to ensure that it can operate and work normally.
